**Parties of up to 32 guest indoors in the Farm House. The outdoor Wood Shed accommodates 48 seated & 75 Cocktail event, without private back up space.

The Tree House Buffet
If your party is 25 people or more we offer a lovely buffet for showers, meetings, or birthdays.

Continental Breakfast Buffet@ $28.* & A Farmhouse Breakfast Buffet@ $35.* are also options, in addition to the Lunch or Dinner Buffets. 

Tree House Afternoon Luncheon Buffet:  

Featuring our cold buffet of salads and sandwiches.

 Seasonal Salads, such as: Green Garden Salad, Nature's Bounty Grain Salad, Spinach Salad

Farm House Platter of grilled, roasted and pickled veggies of the season, olive, pita bread, hummus.

 The Veggie Plate, a dainty little plate of celery, carrots, and dip-able fresh veggies.

An event for under 25 guests we offer a wonderful plate service at $32.50 per person plus tax, service staff & room fees

Plated Garden Luncheon:

First Course;

A served lunch starting with a fresh vegetable soup of the season.

Lunch Course;

Host select which four selections will be offered that day, such as below:

Turkey Earl of Warwick Croissant sandwich, roasted turkey, brie, and bacon with side salad.
Eggplant Tart, with side salad.

Quiche to the Host selection with side salad.
Portobello Panini sandwich with roasted red pepper on our fresh baked focaccia & side salad.

Tree House Tea Parties

Afternoon High Tea:

$37.50 per person, plus tax, service & room charges for events of 9 or more.

First course served small Scones with crème and jam, and pots of black, herbal and decaffeinated tea.
Second course are plates offering hot savory bites and a selection of delicate tea sandwiches, created for the season by our chef.
The third course are plates of delectable sweet creations, delicate but plentiful.
Brewed teas served by the pot on the table for all the courses.
Iced tea and soft drinks available.   


The Royalty High Tea:

Available $50. per person, plus tax, tip & room charges for events of 9 or more.

A regal celebration.
A glass of sparkling Brut or Mimosa Cocktail with a First course of fruit and cheese.
Second course offers plates of hot savory bites and a selection of delicate tea sandwiches, created for the season by our chef.
The third course are plates of delectable sweet creations, delicate but plentiful.
Brewed teas served by the pot on the table for all the courses.
Iced tea and soft drinks available.

Rental Spaces:
For private rooms, the room charge for a 2.5 hour event are:  

Farmhouse Front Rooms $500. 

The Garden Room alone $200.
Outside spaces Woodshed 2.5 hour day event $500.    

      Back Deck  $100.     

*Evening Event Weekday, 6pm to 11pm, Woodshed $1,000.     

* Evening Weekend, Fri, Sat, Sun, Woodshed $1,500.

* Wedding Garden Events, menus starting at $85. per guest, plus cocktails, rentals

 Gardens are public & smoking is permitted on back smoking deck only. Tree house is non-functional.

Room request secured based availability, and is not guaranteed and may change. 

Room charges are Non Refundable. Final count and payment are due 10 days ahead and is Non Refundable. 

Additional requests such as an open bar and/or last moment purchases during the event are settled with cash or credit day of.

​A gratuity of 20% will be added on check total, covering front & back house staff.      

Tree house has handicap ramp for the whole building, and by law the handicap may always use the entrance with assistance.
We reserve the right to change selections to maintain quality.  Every attempt will be made to reschedule due to weather.   
Meals purchased for guest who did not come will be served or refrigerated for your later enjoyment. Room charges are Non Refundable. 

Final count and payment are due 10 days ahead and are non refundable. Open bar and last moment purchases during the event settled with cash or credit that day.
